Alex Floor, 14, is an eighth grader from Talkeetna, Alaska. She first set foot in a dog lot at the age of two, and fell in love with it at an early age. She started actively running the dogs when she was 10 years old and ran her first race when she was 13 years old. Alex loves being outside with the dogs. She is also plays volleyball and runs track. After she graduates from high school, mushing is definitely in her continued future.
